Internship Opportunities

Our community partners have provided us with multiple internship opportunities for our students. Internships allow our students to develop technical skills that will help prepare them to be successful the career of their choice. In addition to providing students with "on-the-job" training, students will learn communication skills necessary to obtaining a job in the future.
Students may obtain applications for current internship opportunities from Mr. Ashley in room 404.

WILDCOAST Wildcoast needs our help! Be an intern with Wildcoast and gain experience in environmental activism, graphic design, communication, or native plant restoration. Wildcoast is devoted to improving water quality, increasing sea turtle populations, and improving grey whale habitat. Please see WildCoast's website for a volunteer application and more information. | BIOCOM | BIOCOM LIFE SCIENCE SUMMER INSTITUTE Students in their junior and senior years can apply for the Biocom life science summer institute. Students have the opportunity to participate in research being conducted at UCSD, Salk Institute, Scripps Institute of Oceanography, and a variety of biotechnology companies in San Diego. Mentorship Opportunity: UCSD UPWARD BOUND The University of California, San Diego (UCSD) Upward Bound (UB) was established in 1980. UB is a cost-free academic program, funded by the U.S. Department of Education. The primary goal of Upward Bound is to motivate and prepare high school students to pursue a post-secondary education.
